Shipping & Handling

What to Expect: Our Delivery Promise

At Blowpuff, we aim to get your order to you as smoothly as possible. The timelines we provide are estimates, not guarantees, and are built around a combination of our handling process and the carrier's transit. Your actual delivery date can depend on your location, local services, and factors outside our direct control.

Before We Ship: Order Handling

Every order goes through a preparation phase before it leaves our facility. Our team handles orders from Monday to Friday, aiming to complete this step within 2 business days. Once processed, your package is handed over for shipment on the following business day. We do not dispatch orders on weekends.

Timelines: From Our Door to Yours

Transit times vary by destination. For a general idea, here are the estimated working days for delivery after your order has been dispatched:

  • United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia: 7-14 working days
  • All other listed countries: 10-18 working days

We also break the journey into two stages for clarity. The delivery phase, which covers the final leg to your address, is estimated at 2-7 days. The broader shipping phase, from our dispatch to the destination country, is estimated at 7-15 days.

Shipping Costs

The cost to ship your order is calculated at checkout. You can expect a fee in the range of US$6.99 to US$15.99, with the exact amount confirmed when you finalize your payment. The method of transport—whether by sea, air, or ground—is selected based on your order's destination country.

When Delays Happen

Several factors can extend the estimated delivery window. Your local customs authority may need extra time or documentation to clear a package, which is beyond our control. Severe weather or other unforeseen events can also cause minor disruptions. Additionally, if your delivery details are incomplete or incorrect, we will need to reach out to you for an update, which will pause the process until resolved.

Receiving Your Package

The final delivery is handled by your local post office or a courier service. In most areas, your package will arrive with your regular mail. If no one is available to accept it, the carrier may leave a notice card with instructions on where to collect your delivery or how to arrange a redelivery.

Your Role in a Smooth Delivery

To help avoid setbacks, double-check that your shipping address and contact information are accurate when you place your order. Being aware that customs processes can add time, especially for international shipments, will also help set realistic expectations for your package's arrival.
